Shipping and Delivery 送貨服務

PENRITE提供送貨服務至市區，但如送貨地點屬於偏遠地區(例如: 離島，東涌，馬灣等等)，我們會因應作出收費調整。

以下為一般收費，最後價目或會因訂單詳情有所調整：
1. 基本送貨費用為每件產品港幣$200
2. 送貨到東涌/馬灣/柏麗灣的收費為每件產品加收港幣$200; 送貨到愉景灣/大嶼山的收費為每件產品加收港幣$400。
3. 如購買貨品的折實金額滿港幣$1000或以上(每張訂單計算), 可享免費送貨服務(東涌、馬灣、柏麗灣、愉景灣及大嶼山除外)。
4. 送貨範圍不包括離島、禁區及海外。
5. 如需要由樓梯搬運產品上樓，客戶均需繳交額外費用給送貨人員。
6. 如搬運期間包含樓梯，需額外收費 (每10級$30-50)
7. 如送貨地址離停車點太遠，司機需於落車後㩦帶貨品於平路步行，需額外收費 (首50米免費，隨後每50米$55)

Delivery is made to places in Hong Kong city area for additional charge for $200 . However, if the destination is in somewhere far from the city area, such as Discovery Bay, Tung Chung, Ma Wan etc, we will charge additionally according to the delivery charge list.

Below are regular charges, final prices may subject to changes depending on the details of each order:
1. Basic delivery fee is HK$200 per product.
2. Additional delivery fee HK$200 per product for delivery to Tung Chung, Ma Wan, Park Island; additional delivery fee HK$400 per product for delivery to Discovery Bay and Lantau Island.
3. For any single order with purchase value (net value) higher than HK$1,000,  customer will enjoy free delivery service (except Tung Chung, Ma Wan, Park Island, Discovery Bay and Lantau Island).
4. Delivery service does not cover outlying islands, restricted districts and overseas.
5. If staircase is involved in delivery process, there will be extra handling cost incurred and customers will pay such extra fee to the delivery person directly.
6. If there are stairs involved in the delivery, there will be extra handling cost incurred : $30-50/10 steps.
7. If the delivery address is too far from the car drop-off point and extra manual lifting is incurred, there will be extra handling cost incurred : first 50m free, $55/50m after first 50m.

 

Returns 換貨或退貨

在 Penrite，我們支持我們的產品，並以我們的質量和價值為榮。 如果您有任何原因對您的購物體驗不滿意，請發送電子郵件至 penriteoilhk@gmail.com
如因有瑕疵損壞或錯配產品，可於3日內申請換貨。

更換之貨品保留在全新未拆封及未經使用之狀態，並妥善包裝。已拆封或已使用之貨品將不獲更換。我們將檢查退回之貨品為全新未拆封及未經使用。如我們有合理懷疑該貨品並非全新未拆封及未經使用，顧客之更換申請將不獲接納。

If the product your order is incorrect or defective, you can return it within 3 days.

Customer must keep the returned item unopened and unused and wrap them with proper package. Any opened and used items will not be accepted for exchange. We will check the item to ensure it is in its original condition. We do not accept any returned items we reasonably believe it has been used and in such case, no exchange will be given.
